Savahanna Patrick, LBSW
Savahanna Patrick, LBSW, earned an undergraduate degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University in 2019. Prior to graduating, Savahanna worked with Dawn Farm Spera, Gift of Life Michigan, St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Ann Arbor, and Jewish Family Services of Washtenaw County, where she gained experience in the fields of substance abuse, loss, and healthcare integration. It is through these diverse experiences that she has developed a strong desire to assist aging and disabled adults in accessing services to reduce their social vulnerabilities. In addition to her BSW, Savahanna is coming to Chalgian & Tripp as a certified Community Health Worker, bridging the gap between healthcare and social services. She honors her professional standards and continues to increase her knowledge through maintaining a membership with the NASW.
