Attorney James Spica of Chalgian and Tripp’s Southfield office was selected by the Uniform Law Commission to serve as a member of the newly formed drafting committee on “Conflicts of Law in Trusts and Estates.” The committee is made up of leading estate planning lawyers from around the United States.
“Those who serve on ULC Committees have tremendous influence on the law of trusts and estates,” said Attorney Chris Smith. “The work they do regularly leads to advances in the law in our State and everywhere else. The fact that the ULC selected Jim for this work is no surprise to those of us who know him.”
