The CT Saginaw office experienced significant growth recently with the addition of Attorney Valerie Kutz-Otway and her staff.

“Val and I have been talking about having her join us for several years,” said Attorney Doug Chalgian. “I don’t know why it took so long, but we are certainly more than pleased that she is now on  board.  And making the deal even sweeter, she brought her excellent staff members along as well.”

Val Kutz-Otway is a graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  She is on the board of directors of the Saginaw County Bar Association, as well as the HIS Restoration Ministries, an organization that provides shelter and counseling for homeless expectant mothers.  Ms. Kutz-Otway has recently made headlines with important appellate cases that have changed the law with respect to the rights of family members in probate estates.
