Attorney Carmencita Fulgado-Taylor was elected as the incoming Vice President of the Jackson Area Estate Planning Council (JAEPC). She will serve on the board starting in September 2019 through May 2020. The purpose of the JAEPC is to promote effective communication among professionals employed in the broad field of financial and estate planning; their objective is to foster a better understanding of the problems and issues involved and the roles of various estate planning professionals in solving these problems.
