Come to a C&T Special Needs Checkup!

Posted on: Monday, April 24th, 2017

It’s that time of year again! Every year, the Chalgian & Tripp Special Needs Team goes around the state giving individuals, parents, families, friends, and other professionals a free update on what is going on in special needs planning.

Don’t miss this year’s presentation as it has been nearly an unprecedented time of opportunity and uncertainty in special needs planning. We will discuss the roll out of ABLE programs (including MiABLE), the passing of the Special Needs Fairness Act, what recent proposals from Congress and the Trump Administration might mean, and much more.

But most importantly, these presentations always provide an informal opportunity for us to answer questions that might be on your minds. Conversations sparked by your questions are often the best part of the evening.

The presentations are scheduled from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and will be held at these locations on the following dates:

  • May 10, 2017 (Midland) – Disability Network of Mid-Michigan. 1705 S. Saginaw Road, Midland, MI.
  • May 11, 2017 (Mason) – Ingham ISD – Thornburn Education Center. 2630 W. Howell Road, Mason, MI.
  • May 23, 2017 (Southeast Michigan) – The Arc of Macomb County. 44050 N. Gratiot Avenue, Clinton Township, MI.
  • May 24, 2017 (Jackson) – Lyle A. Torrant Center. 1175 W. Parnall Road, Jackson, MI.

To make sure we have plenty of space, please register by e-mailing rsvp@mielderlaw.com or by calling (888) 956-9600. There is of course no fee to attend.

We look forward to seeing you there!
