About Jacquelyn

Prior to joining Chalgian and Tripp, Jacquelyn Rygiel-Sprague established her elder law and estate planning practice primarily in Macomb County and Ann Arbor. Attorney Sprague continues to meet with clients in those communities and is also available to work with clients throughout Michigan at other CT offices.

Attorney Sprague’s practice areas include estate planning, Medicaid planning, special needs planning, trust and estate administration, probate, guardianship, and conservatorship matters.

Attorney Sprague is well-known throughout Michigan’s elder law community as a regular presenter for the Michigan Institute for Continuing Legal Education, as well as for other groups and organizations.  She is a former member of the Michigan State Bar’s Elder Law and Disability Rights Section Council.  She continues to be a member of both the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section and Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar.

Attorney Sprague is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.

Attorney Sprague is active in the community, including serving as a Trustee on the St. Francis of Assisi Educational Trust Fund and as President of her neighborhood homeowners’ association.
