Elizabeth S. Graziano
250 W. Eisenhower Suite 110
Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103
Elizabeth (Liz) began her career as a registered nurse. While content with the practice of nursing, Elizabeth had a desire for more independence and autonomy in her practice. She returned to school and earned her JD degree, passed the bar exam and has since practiced as an attorney. Her practice centers in the areas of probate and estate planning where, like nursing, she serves the needs of individuals. As an estate planning attorney, Elizabeth regularly counsels’ clients regarding planning and implementing their estate plan. Planning includes ensuring her client’s wishes are carried out during their life as well as after their life. Elizabeth then drafts documents such as wills, trust, durable powers of attorney for finance and healthcare to ensure her clients, their assets, and their families are protected.
Elizabeth routinely appears in probate court including appearances as guardian ad litem or court appointed attorney for individuals. She administers her own client’s estates and trusts sometimes acting as their Trustee when requested. She also accepts court appointments as guardian and conservator in cases that require professional fiduciary management.
Elizabeth is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan and serves on two committees for the Probate Section, Guardianship, Conservatorship, and End of Life Committee and the Legislative Monitoring Committee.
Although born in Wisconsin, Elizabeth has made Ann Arbor her home for the last 30 years and now claims to bleed blue like a native. She is a wife and mother to 3 grown children.
