Attorney Douglas Chalgian has been invited to speak at the Heckerling Institute in Orlando, Florida.  His presentation will focus on legal issues related to vulnerable adults.

Doug's program, "Counseling King Lear and Other Lessons from an Elder Law Practice", will offer advice to attendees about the legal issues that commonly arise in an elder law practice, and particularly those issues related to the exploitation of vulnerable adults.  The program will take place in January 2010 at the World Center Marriott Resort in Orlando.

"The Heckerling Institute is probably the largest gathering of estate planning attorneys in the country, maybe the world", explains attorney Chalgian.  "I believe it is fair to say it is considered the most prestigious event for estate planning attorneys.  I am obviously flattered and look forward to this opportunity."
