Mark Kellogg

Mark's dedication and commitment to law is an extension of his tenacity on the football field.  As an academic All-American Football Player at Hillsdale College, it was obvious to those around him that Mark would obtain his goals in life.  He and his wife Cheryl have two children, Mathew and Breanna.  They are the most important goal that Mark has achieved thus far.

As both an attorney and a CPA, Mark brings a unique background to our firm.  This background enables him to help our clients with all their business needs, including business succession planning, tax and business planning and business sales and acquisitions.

Mark is very active in his profession and community.  The following reflects Marks current activities and some significant achievements:

  • Graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia
  • Graduate of Hillsdale College

  • Concentrates his practice in: Corporate Taxation including:  business and tax planning, consulting, corporate and business sales, probate law, estate and business succession planning, and planning and consulting for charitable and tax-exempt organizations.
